I am a seasoned video game industry professional with deep expertise in talent development, studio operations, and strategic personnel management. While my official title is Talent Development Producer, I operate effectively as a studio executive, working closely with my studio’s Managing Director as the driving force behind personnel management, compensation analysis, and career growth programs.

 

My work requires a blend of deep soft skills—mentoring every developer on their career journey and synthesizing that feedback into studio-wide initiatives—alongside complex hard skills in personnel database management and cost analysis. I have built a reputation for thoughtfulness, transparency, and thoroughness, and empathy, fostering a growth-oriented environment that empowers individuals and strengthens overall team performance.

Talent Development Producer | Ubisoft - Red Storm Entertainment

  • Develop and implement world-class talent development initiatives for game production teams

  • Mentor and coach staff, assisting with career development and performance reviews

  • Conduct comprehensive compensation analyses, creating robust database tools for pay raises and promotions

  • Collaborate with project leads, HR, and executive management to cultivate an inclusive, diverse, and thriving studio culture

  • Managed music licensing and cross-discipline collaboration for the Rocksmith franchise

  • Developed a music library strategy, handling over 100,000 songs

  • Performed guitar and bass for live weekly Twitch streams and industry events

  • Represented Rocksmith for press events and at global gaming conventions

  • Led a team of musicians transcribing and designing gameplay levels for Rocksmith

  • Reviewed guitar & bass transcriptions and ensured high-quality game design

  • Managed workflow and hiring for transcription and game development

  • Transcribed with high accuracy and detail the guitar and bass parts as extracted from two-track stereo mixes

  • Designed the iterative leveling of the music for the core gameplay of Rocksmith
